Why Shouldn’t I Just Use ChatGPT?

ChatGPT and other AI tools will store the data and use it to train their models. Because of this, sending any protected health information (PHI) to these models is a HIPAA violation that can put you, your organization, and your patients at risk. We’ve signed a BAA with OpenAI and have a zero data retention policy, which allows us to leverage the same Large Language Models without violating HIPAA.

Our product combines Open AI’s large language models with real-time PubMed searches, validated clinical calculators, and evidence-based guidelines. This increases the accuracy and safety of our tool compared to non-healthcare-focused AI models.
