Health Universe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Manager to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge machine learning solutions among researchers at academic medical centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and healthcare organizations.
In this role, you will
Develop and execute a comprehensive community outreach strategy to engage and educate researchers at academic medical centers about the benefits of our machine learning solutions
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, hospitals, and clinics to expand our reach and impact in the academic healthcare community
Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison for researchers, providing them with the information, support, and resources they need to effectively leverage our solutions in their work
Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to create compelling content and presentations that showcase the value of our machine learning solutions and drive adoption among researchers
Plan and execute engaging webinars, hackathons, and other events to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation among the academic healthcare AI community
Represent Health Universe at industry conferences, workshops, and academic events, delivering engaging presentations and fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders
Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to inform our community outreach strategy and ensure we remain at the forefront of healthcare AI research and innovation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience in the academic healthcare or research industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders in the academic healthcare community
Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful outreach campaigns and programs that drive engagement and adoption among researchers
Experience planning and executing webinars, hackathons, and other events that foster collaboration and innovation
Deep understanding of healthcare data and regulations, including HIPAA and PHI, and the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements
Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Passion for leveraging technology to advance healthcare research and improve patient outcomes
